Once you’re officially on board, we’ll send you a detailed brand and business questionnaire. This helps us understand your story, your audience, and your goals. Then, we’ll jump on a kickoff call to align on strategy, expectations, and timelines. From there, the creativity and excitement can begin. 


Here’s how the process flows:

  • Content Creation: Within 2 weeks, we’ll send your first batch of content with a curated feed layout and caption drafts.
  • Feedback & Edits: You’ll review, we revise, and we tweak until it feels just right.
  • Final Approval: Once approved, we lock in your content calendar, starting with weekly planning to keep things fresh, relevant, and flexible.
  • Posting & Engagement (if applicable): If we’re managing your page, we begin posting and interacting with your community.


Ongoing Support: We’ll stay in close contact via email, WhatsApp or Telegram, whichever works best, so nothing falls through the cracks. Expect updates, check-ins, and creative brainstorming along the way.

The more we know about your brand, the better we can bring your vision to life! Ideally, you’ll send us your logo, branding guidelines, product or team photos, videos, and any user-generated content you have.

Don’t have it all yet? No problem, we can help create what’s missing. Just remember: Fewer assets mean more creative freedom on our end, so things might look a little different than what you initially imagined, but that’s all part of the process!

At Creative Pointer, we believe in giving strategies time to grow. That’s why we ask for a 4-month initial commitment. It gives us the space to learn what works, test ideas, and make smart adjustments.

After that, it’s month-to-month. Please note that we require a 30-day notice should you decide to end your contract with us.
